New Scout Uniforms for 1st West in 2006.
For all scouts in the old style uniform and those wearing the new variety may from 2005 may wear
jeans, scout pants/shorts or casual pants/shorts to scouts, but for now NO tracksuit pants, and
hiking or school boots/shoes (No runners).
